Sarah palin and simon Cowell - although i am not a big fan of both--but i guarantee that those 2 will be the highest rated episodes.
coz it will be Sarah palin's first late night tv interview, so people will tune in just for the hype.
On the other hand-- Simon Cowell is leaving American Idol next season, so people wanna know why and what are his future plans.
Although Leno's interviews suck but because of the hype from the guest list, letterman will have his hands full.
Personally i am letterman fan --so i might watch sarah and simon for little bit and go back to letterman.

Jay might bring all these A-list guests on the first couple of weeks of his show but it is just a matter of time before he runs out of them and people realize that he does not have A-list comedy required for the long haul.

Also, the Conan fallout has not helped Jay's image with many viewers regardless of the damage control interview with Oprah.
